THT-Assembly
Quality assembly
Reliable connection technology for high loads and currents
In THT manufacturing, through-hole components are often soldered and tested manually after through-hole assembly. Despite being more labor-intensive, THT remains indispensable when mechanical resilience or high current carrying capacity are required.
Conventional assembly
Experience, precision, process reliability.
Our conventional assembly combines qualified specialists with modern equipment. Many years of experience and the utmost care ensure consistent quality in wave, selective, and manual soldering.
Selective soldering
Targeted soldering processes for complex cases
Selective soldering is a programmable, precisely controllable process for individual THT components on highly integrated printed circuit boards or double-sided SMT boards.
Advantages: high soldering quality; reliable process reliability; reproducible results; precise control of flux quantity and soldering time.
Wave soldering
RoHS-compliant, precise, and gentle on materials.
We use microprocessor-controlled double wave soldering systems with integrated spray fluxers to reliably solder SMT, THT, and mixed-assembly components. Precise temperature curves and flexible heating profiles reduce oxidation, improve solder joint quality, and lower failure rates.
Panel separation
Gentle separation processes for sensitive assemblies.
Combining multiple panels reduces the handling effort per circuit board. Instead of cutting separation processes, we use machining or laser-assisted separation processes for sensitive components. This prevents microcracks and reliability risks.
