SE-TEC to Exhibit at the 23rd Magdeburg EMC Industry Seminar in 2026
On November 3, 2026, the 23rd Magdeburg EMC Industry Seminar, organized by Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, will take place at the Mark Fortress in Magdeburg, featuring an industry exhibition. SE-TEC will once again be on site as an exhibitor this year.
SE-TEC has been awarded ISO 13485 certification and has confirmed its ISO 9001 certification
SE-TEC has successfully completed its initial certification to DIN EN ISO 13485:2021-12 (ISO 13485:2016) for medical technology and, at the same time, confirmed its recertification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
With this step, SE-TEC is taking its quality management to a new level and strengthening process reliability throughout its electronics manufacturing operations.
SMD Line Expansion at SE-TEC: Increased Capacity and Enhanced Process Reliability
SE-TEC is expanding its SMT production with another high-performance placement machine. The new Juki RS-1R significantly increases the throughput of our SMD production and complements the existing Juki RX6 systems.
Quality assurance with X-ray and CT testing
To ensure the highest quality and reliability, we rely on X-ray and CT testing as supplementary QA procedures in consultation with our customers.
These tests are used specifically for safety-critical assemblies and electronics with concealed solder joints, where optical inspections reach their limits.
Introduction of vapor phase soldering
SE-TEC has introduced a vapor phase soldering system from the manufacturer ASSCON.
It complements our existing reflow technology. This enables us to process sophisticated designs and high-performance assemblies even more reliably.
Products from high-frequency, sensor, and power electronics benefit in particular.
Change with foresight
Dear business partners,
We would like to inform you of an important change within our group of companies.
On August 1, 2025, Olaf Segler, founder and managing partner of SE-TEC GmbH, acquired Turbon AG’s shares in the former Turbon Electronic Technologie GmbH. The company now operates under the name Electronic Manufacturing Europe GmbH (EME).
Nanocoating with Purocoat 17/02 UV
With the introduction of nanocoating based on Purocoat 17/02 UV, SE-TEC now offers a third highly efficient protective method in addition to selective painting and encapsulation. The new technology closes the gap in the field of ultra-thin surface protection and creates additional reliability for assemblies. We now offer you all coating options, the advantages of which we will be happy to discuss with you individually.
New ERP system Monitor G5 introduced
SE-TEC has successfully introduced the ERP system Monitor G5. This represents a key step in the ongoing digitalization of our processes.
Following intensive preparation and training, implementation was completed without any interruption to operations.
Monitor G5 integrates all core areas and creates a consistent database without system breaks. This makes processes more efficient, transparent, and flexible.
Test and fixture construction
SE-TEC has established its own test and fixture construction department. Using modern CNC technology, we manufacture test adapters and fixtures for gentle CNC panel cutting directly on site. This saves time and money.
New testing options at SE-TEC: ICT and functional tests for maximum quality
We have expanded our testing range and now use a modern testing system from Reinhardt System and Messelectronic GmbH. This enables us to perform in-circuit tests (ICT) and functional tests (FKT) for devices, assemblies, modules, and hybrids.
