We have expanded our testing range and now use a modern testing system from Reinhardt System and Messelectronic GmbH. This enables us to perform in-circuit tests (ICT) and functional tests (FKT) for devices, assemblies, modules, and hybrids.
The procedures test individual electrical components, networks, and the interaction of complete systems. This ensures that our customers receive durable, reliable, and cost-optimized electronic products.
A particular advantage arises from the combination with our 3D AOI.
Automatic optical inspection detects visible defects such as soldering or placement deviations. ICT and functional testing additionally check electrical properties and functions. This combination provides maximum test coverage and increases the effectiveness of quality assurance.
