Your tasks
- Maintenance, monitoring, and further development of the QM system
- Participation in maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications
- Preparation, support, and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Further development of the management system with the aim of obtaining additional certifications (e.g., EN/AS 9100)
- Complaint processing, including customer and supplier complaints
- Creation and tracking of 8D reports, CAPA measures, and root cause analyses
- Planning, coordination, and follow-up of corrective and improvement measures
- Analysis of quality indicators and derivation of sustainable measures
- Moderation of CIP and problem-solving rounds
- Document management and process maintenance
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, project management, and purchasing
Your profile
- Technical or commercial training or studies related to quality
- Initial experience in quality management, ideally in electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 required and ISO 13485 desirable
- Experience with EN/AS 9100 is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Familiarity with QM methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA)
